We were learning about Digiskill s & commenting

I found it easy to design the title and post it to my blog

I found it hard to get the audio recording done

I really enjoyed creating my title because we could design it however we wanted

Next time I need to get the audio recordings done a bit faster because I had to do quite a few remakes.

Media poster

 Today we have been learning about Media and what media we have consumed in 24 hours. 

My favorite part was probably inserting the images because we could choose any image. 

The hardest part was probably posting it to my blog because there is a new system. 

The easiest part was probably all the typing and designing the poster.

Next time I need to remember to add more pictures.

Today we were learning how to be safe online and about haters and trolls.
My favourite part was this exercise because we got to design our own infographic. The hardest part was when we had to post it too our blog because it was on a different site than usual. The thing I would to differently next time is use a different canvas design.

I found it easy to think of sentences

I found it hard to move the sentence blocks onto the fridge

I really enjoyed it because you could choose your own sentences.

Next time I need to get more capitals and punctuation right

Maui and Tane

 

Long ago in the mists of time there were two boys one was called Maui the other was called Tane. They were brothers, Tane was the younger brother he was short-tempered and stronger. Maui was smarter and the eldest brother.

They were in trouble. All the village animals and the forest animals started to come out at night only because then the animals knew that it was too dark for the two boys to hunt. The two boys had to go all the way to the mountain so they could get food. 

They decided they needed a plan and went back to their hut. Maui had an idea “what if we brightened the night by bringing the stars closer then it will be bright enough to see in the dark.” Maui implied. “OK,” Tane replied.

We are researching and learning how other people blog. I really enjoyed looking around the blog learning about the person so I could add pictures and writing. The hardest part was probably adding the photos because you need to use controls.

COVID-19 poster TR

Covid-19

I strongly believe New Zealand should have gone into lockdown because of COVID-19.

I believe my first reason is that COVID-19 has taken 328k of lives and 1.91 million have recovered from the virus 5.01 million reported cases so we need to protect our younger generation so that there will be the next generation.

My second reason is so many moms and dads and aunts and uncles have died of COVID-19 and newborn babies and imagine if someone in your family died because of a silly little outbreak that not all countries could keep under control. That’s why we're lucky we went into lockdown fast.

My third reason is, we should have gone into lockdown to stop the spread of COVID-19 and to stop the death toll rising so that our population and financial areas will stay intact and we can get back to life after alert level one has ended.

As a country, we have stayed safe in the battle against COVID-19 and right now we are around third in the world COVID-19 wise. And most of us are still alive.
